M&E SUPERVISOR

M&E Supervisor / Engineer • Execute and coordinate M & E works • Liaise with PM / SM for execution of construction works based on approved master program • Supervise daily construction processes to be carried out in accordance to requirement and meet the required standards • Check and record the progress status of M & E works • Cross check the M & E drawings with Architectural drawings and Structural drawings and to inform PM & SM/SA and issue RFI if there is any discrepancy. • Must ensure that any approved amendments to the M & E /Structural/ Architectural drawings are duly communicated to all site staff accordingly. Checklist must be duly signed by all site staff. • Check the material that delivered to site by M & E Sub-Contractor is correct and comply with the approved sample and criteria • Prepare / record day work and site diary of M & E works and submit to PM / SM for verification • Carry out work inspection to ensure quality work at site. Raise NCR if non-conformance found • To liaise and coordinate with the Work Inspector to check Sub-Contractor work on site to ensure works are carried out in accordance to specification and construction drawings • If required conduct induction and trial test on new batch of workers to ascertain that they understood fully the requirements before commencement of work. • To attend Sub-Contractor and Consultant meetings • Issue work direction to Sub-Contractor as per contract specifications • Ensure proper work procedure is followed and comply with ISO requirements • To coordinate and carry out the test of M & E Works whenever required under contract • Undertake any other tasks assigned by Management
