Responsibilities: Preparation of Cheque, Banker Acceptance, Telegraphic Transfer, TCF-i by 1 weeks upon received complete approved. Update any receipts and payments into cash book on daily basis. Printing of invoices and requesting pro-forma invoices from Petroliam Nasional Bhd whenever there is orders. Arranging and communicating with dispatch personnel for collection of documentation on daily basis. Assisting Superior Prepare Contra Note Letter whenever needed. Performing labelling and filing of supplier and customer invoices, payment voucher, receiving voucher end of every week. Key in payment voucher and receiving voucher into accounting system end of every week. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation. Requirement: Most employers require 1-2 years’ experience for this position. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or Equivalent. At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position. A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
