  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers
  • Experience identifying new business opportunities and generating revenue growth
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support customer needs
  • Min Diploma level and above
  • Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and/or Mandarin is a plus
  • Commission without a cap based on monthly sales
