Investor Relations Support: Assist in preparing investor presentations, financial reports, and supporting materials for meetings. Manage communications and schedules for investor meetings and events. Personal Assistant Responsibilities: Executive Scheduling and Coordination: Manage personal and professional calendars for senior executives, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of appointments. Organize and coordinate meetings, both in-person and virtual, with internal and external stakeholders. Make travel arrangements for both business and personal trips, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Personal Finance and Administrative Support: Assist with organizing personal financial documents, including bills, insurance policies, and investment reports. Help executives track personal expenses, assist in budgeting, and ensure timely payments of personal obligations. Coordinate with personal financial advisors, accountants, and tax professionals to manage personal financial matters. Confidential Personal Tasks: Handle sensitive personal matters with discretion and confidentiality, including family appointments, home management, and personal events. Assist with managing personal property, including overseeing household staff or contractors, if applicable. Communication and Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for both business and personal inquiries, ensuring seamless communication. Manage relationships with key contacts, including vendors, service providers, and personal assistants.
