Job Summary:
- We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to support our finance team with daily tasks such as managing financial transactions, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Support the finance team with budget tracking and forecasts.
- Handle vendor and client inquiries related to payments.
- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of finance or accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.
Key requirements
l Candidates must have good English capability, able to read and write business email
l Candidates must work for 5 days a week in the office
l Working time : 8am to 5pm and follow Malaysia public holiday
