IT Project Manager

Position : IT Project Manager Salary : RM 8,000 - RM 10,000 Description : We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the computer software industry. You will also lead project planning sessions, identify project risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Responsibilities : * Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. * Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. * Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution. * Facilitate project meetings, provide regular status updates, and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders. * Identify project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary to mitigate them effectively. * Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as needed to stay on track and within budget. * Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards, delivering high-quality software solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Requirements : * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Proven experience as an IT Project Manager within the software industry, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. * Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. * Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. * Mandarin-speaking & reading candidates are preferred, as the role requires communication.
