Sales Administration: -Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. -Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handover and customer satisfaction post-sales. 7. Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, environmental science, or a related field (preferred). -Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the solar industry or renewable energy sector. -Strong understanding of solar PV systems, their components, and associated technologies. -Familiarity with relevant local, state, and federal solar energy policies, incentives, and regulations. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders at all levels. -Ability to analyze customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and close sales deals. -Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. -Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks, combined with highly disciplined approach is crucial for success in this role. -Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
