- Customer Service (handle VOICE CALL, CHAT & EMAIL - (Mandarin Speaking Market)
- Understand customer enquiries and respond via applicable channels: email, chat, and voice call and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel
- Ensure all SLAs are met accordingly
- Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied
- Provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service
- Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner by following processes in place
- DIPLOMA DEGREE FRESH GRAD ARE WELCOME TO APPLY! (MANDARIN ONLY)
- Preferably able to start immediately
- Proficient in using Traditional Mandarin characters
- Willing to work in a 24 hrs x 7 days shift work (including weekends and public holidays)
- Prior experience in handling Social Media or familiar with Social Media
- Passionate in helping to resolve customer issues / queries and complaint handling
- Good typing speed & accuracy
- Preferably able to start immediately
- Near KL Sentral LRT Station
- Basic Salary + Complexity Allowance + Nightshift Allowance
