  • Customer Service (handle VOICE CALL, CHAT & EMAIL - (Mandarin Speaking Market)
  • Understand customer enquiries and respond via applicable channels: email, chat, and voice call and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel
  • Ensure all SLAs are met accordingly
  • Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied
  • Provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner by following processes in place

  • Preferably able to start immediately
  • Proficient in using Traditional Mandarin characters
  • Willing to work in a 24 hrs x 7 days shift work (including weekends and public holidays)
  • Prior experience in handling Social Media or familiar with Social Media
  • Passionate in helping to resolve customer issues / queries and complaint handling
  • Good typing speed & accuracy
