Special Education Teacher
Responsibility Special Education Teachers teach neurodiverse children, teenagers and/or young persons or adults, or those with movement, speech and/or learning difficulties or other special needs. They promote the social, emotional, intellectual and physical development of their students in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team of therapists and teachers.
- Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Advanced Degree in Special Education or related allied health courses.
- 1–2 years of experience (fresh graduates with volunteering experience are welcome).
- Fluent in English and Malay (Mandarin and Tamil are a plus).
- Positive attitude, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable, proactive problem solver with leadership capabilities.
- Passionate about teamwork and driven to meet challenges with innovative solutions.
