Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and proactive eCommerce Executive to join our dynamic team and drive our Tiktok eCommerce campaigns, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the online store on Tiktok.
  • Collaborate with live hosts to schedule live sessions and maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Liaise with the eCommerce account manager for platform updates, troubleshooting, and campaign coordination.
  • Oversee order processing, inventory management, and customer service for the online store.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and performance data, providing insights and monthly analytics reports.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, logistics) for campaign preparation and execution.
  • Calculate and sum up commissions for live hosts.
  • Stay updated on eCommerce trends, especially on Tiktok, and propose improvements to increase sales and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing (Tiktok eCommerce experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and basic digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,490.60 per month
