FINANCE & PUBLIC RELATIONS EXECUTIVE

As a Finance and Public Relations Manager at Sirehemas Group you will be instrumental in securing project funding through expertly crafted proposals while managing and enhancing our company’s public relations. This role combines strategic communication, meticulous project management, and a deep understanding of government / private funding processes to support our growth in the pharmaceutical and personal care manufacturing sectors.

• Continuously monitor and identify relevant government grant opportunities and funding programs specific to the pharmaceutical and personal care industries.
• Proposal Development:
• Develop and write high-quality grant proposals, ensuring alignment with funding requirements and company objectives.
• Manage the preparation, submission, and follow-up of grant applications, ensuring compliance with all guidelines and deadlines.
• Maintain a grant calendar to track application deadlines, reporting requirements, and renewal opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies and funding bodies.
• Serve as the primary contact for any inquiries or communications with funding entities.
• Create and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance the company’s brand presence and reputation within the industry.
• Manage media relations, including drafting press releases, coordinating interviews, and maintaining relationships with key media contacts.
• Organize and oversee company events, product launches, and press conferences that highlight grant achievements and company milestones.
• Oversee projects funded by government grants, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to allocate resources, track progress, and address any project-related issues.
• Monitoring & Reporting:
• Utilize project management tools to monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Prepare detailed project reports for internal stakeholders and funding bodies as required.
• High-Quality Proposals:
• Lead the creation of compelling proposals for grants, partnerships, and other funding opportunities.
• Collaboration:
• Work with subject matter experts to ensure proposals are accurate, persuasive, and meet the specific criteria of each funding opportunity.
• Repository Management:
• Develop and maintain a repository of proposal templates and best practices to streamline the proposal development process.
• Market Analysis:
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform PR strategies and funding initiatives.
• Strategic Recommendations:
• Recommend and implement strategies to maximize funding opportunities and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years in project management, public relations, communications, or related roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or personal care industries.
• Proven track record in securing government grants and managing funded projects.
• Demonstrated experience in proposal writing and developing PR campaigns.
