Health Screening Customer Service
· Coordinate and provide smooth health screening journey for customer from registration until being seen by doctor.
· Ensure accurate appointment of patient’s health screening, provide efficient frontline services, maintain accuracy and confidentiality of all the patients’ information and as well as to provide customer service excellence at the frontline counters
· Welcomes patients warmly at the frontline counters. Answers telephone calls courteously.
· Ensure excellent customer service to clients at all time, attend to customer all time needs.
· Attends to patients / visitors promptly. Special arrangement for VIP if required.
· Obtain and record all customer satisfaction and feedback.
· Handling complaint if within the control. Otherwise, report to immediate superior without further delay.
· Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the department. Monitoring and handling on customer food service. E.g. Refreshment (meal), washroom/changing room, festival decoration and/or when is assigned.
· Required to participate in marketing activity. E.g. referral leads
· Required to handle and manage doc referrals and appointment.
· Participates in Hospital QA activities.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
