Marketing Executive
Responsibilities: 1. To organize and ensure the smooth implementation of all ONLINE & OFFLINE marketing, advertising, events, product launch and promotion campaigns. 2. Co-operate with in-house Digital team for company social media channels for marketing promotion on daily basis by sourcing and sharing daily contents that builds meaningful connections and encourages target customers to take actions. 3. To provide onsite retail and event support and other related assignments. 4. To attend events to facilitate operations and responds to emergencies, problems, ensures all aspects of events are implemented and controlled according to plan. 5. To arrange product training; allocate/hire promoters, potential events sourcing and booking. 6. To allocate and distribute A&P materials to branches, retail outlets and resellers. 7. To liaise with in-house designer and vendor, and develop marketing collaterals (brochures, leaflets, posters and etc). 8. To work closely and support others team such as retail outlets, operation, accounts, warehouse and other departments in the administration of daily marketing tasks and duties smoothly and efficiently. 9. To generate reports for effectiveness of marketing projects/activities. 10. Other duties assigned by the management. 11. Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data. 12. Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies. 13. Discover, plan, & implement effective marketing and promotional channels, including social media platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, Xiao Hong Shu, etc. to be used to relay product messages to customers. 14. Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics such as Google Analytics/Meta A/B Testing. 15. Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management. 16. Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing leads through networking and prospecting. 17. Create goals and objectives in order to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels. 18. Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as event planning, advertising, optimization, and content development.
