Job Responsibilities:- Develop MRO supplier and execute supplier management
- Ensure on time PO Execution. Timely update of orders and MRP actions in rescheduling / cancellation in system.
- Complete tasks as per schedules and timeline to meet purchasing metrics / indicators & Meeting Customer‘s satisfaction.
- Manage and update supplier’s delivery schedules and escalate when necessary.
- Communicate and Sourcing for materials with vendors/ distributors/ and brokers to resolve material shortages.
- Communication with cross functional team within the organization to ensure the completion of task execution
- Negotiate business term with potential suppliers
- Request for quotation and negotiate price
- Release order and track delivery
- Payment application
- Carry out missions assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Administration or equivalent
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (Due to nature of business)
- Required Skill(s): Upright ethic of business; Details & results oriental; Good sense of numeric, logic & good communication; knowledge of logistics process of import/export;
