Supervise and guide the production process, ensuring production quality control and achievement of production capacity.
Must have experience and be familiar with the Final Assembly (FA) line.
Manage personnel, including organizing training for production line staff, overseeing attendance, and conducting performance assessments.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve production issues.
Smoothly coordinate and arrange production line schedules.
Collaborate with other departments to address abnormal production conditions.
Manage material receiving, distribution, and storage.
Lead department staff to ensure smooth production operations.
Monitor and inspect the cleanliness and sanitation of the packaging department.
Oversee daily warehouse storage management, ensuring effective planning and arrangement.
Manage manpower to evaluate production effectiveness.
Participate in on-the-job training.
Perform other duties as assigned by Plant Managers.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa, and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin for effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
At least 8 years of experience in production, warehouse operations, or a related field is an advantage.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Must willing to work in Port Klang Selangor
