- 3-5 years of sales experience (FMCG industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of FMCG trends and customer behavior.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Experience in export business is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
- Own transportation and willingness to travel.
