Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee Responsible for providing policy documentation support for all lines of businesses, including data entry, administrative duties and ad-hoc support to the team.Primary Responsibilities

•Policy, Process and Procedures
•Maintain product, system and process knowledge
•Attend relevant product and skill courses and passing on relevant points to other staff
•Environmental Awareness/Customer Focus
•Ensure timely communication with relevant stakeholders in respect to processing queries
•Develop good working relationships with all internal customers and stakeholders
•Technical Performance
•Processing insurance policy quotations, new business, renewals
•Complete other administrative duties as required including handling mail, etc
•Maintain data in relevant computer systems and other databases
•People Management
•Nil
Preferred Competencies/Skills
• Good organization skills
• Proficient in computer including MS Excel, Word
• Good administrative mind-set with a team-player attitude
Preferred Education Specifics
• Territory qualified
Preferred Experience
• 3+ years of Policy Administration experience
Preferred Knowledge
• Good knowledge of policy administration duties in the insurance field
