Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Manage the hiring process, ensuring IT follows Malaysian laws. Handle job ads, interviews, and offer letters.
- Payroll and Benefits: Handle monthly payroll, following local laws for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and taxes. Manage employee benefits according to Malaysian regulations.
- Performance: Oversee performance reviews to meet the organization's standards.
- Workplace Culture: Foster a supportive and positive work environment. Encourage teamwork and handle conflicts to keep good relations among staff.
- Office Management: Look after the office's daily operations, ensuring supplies, equipment, and facilities are well-kept for productivity and safety.
- Company Events: Organize events like annual dinners and company trips to build team spirit and celebrate company milestones.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Take on various tasks as needed as required by supervisor / upper management to support the team and meet the company's goals.
- Assist in Invoices and Billing of customer.
1. Minimum SPM Grads or equivalent.
2. Minimum 1 Year of Working Experience in HR fields.
3. Well-versed in labor law
4. Good command and writing skills in English & BM.
5. Knowledge of EPF System
