Job Summary: As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle from hiring to separation. Our ideal candidate should have experience in handling HR-related tasks and should be familiar with employment law in Malaysia. Responsibilities: • Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures • Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases • Managing employee benefits and compensation packages • Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations • Coordinate and implement training programs to enhance employee skills. • Assist in administrative tasks include but not limited to daily attendance tracking, leave application, proper documentation, stock checking and etc. • Assisting in various daily operations of the Talent Management department • Any other ad-hoc task assigned to you by your supervisor and the management. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field • Preferably 1 - 2 years of experience in HR or a related field • Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations. Preferably candidate with knowledge in Employment Act and other relevant Government Statutory Act • Proven computer skills in MS Office and HRIS. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks • Ability to multi-task.
