TECHNICAL ASSISTANT

"Responsible to complete their daily assignment efficiently and as per daily target set by the supervisor. Following are the task of different departments. 01) For chlorination, responsible to set up for installation, fabrication as well as tools and equipment preparation for each site job execution. 02) For packing, responsible in all tasks in relation to packing, sorting and converting. 03) For production including casting, stamping, former, responsible to monitor the product to maximize quality and productivity, to do spot check on tearing on 1st grade gloves, to take out the faulty former everyday and to fix in the good condition formers. 04) For compounding, responsible to do latex compounding as per planning and carry out lump disposal. 05) For M&E, responsible to do troubleshooting and installation for mechanical and electrical. 06) For QA, responsible to conduct daily witness procedure for latex compounding and chemical preparation process & witness the incoming container inspection done by warehouse PIC. 07) For R&D, responsible to conduct tensile strength test for related R&D studies samples and line monitoring samples & select suitable lines for hand-dipping and arrange former boy assistance during hand-dipping. 08) For store & warehouse, responsible to arrange chemicals in the store and label (with Batch Numbers), assist in loading activities & drive forklift when required. 09) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior."
