Dispatch cum Driver

· To dispatch documents related to bank and government authorities' matters. · To assist in the purchase of goods and items when required. · To send and pick up employees when needed. · To ensure the company vehicle is kept clean and in a neat condition at all times. · To carry out dispatch duties, such as delivering and collecting letters, documents, parcels, or goods to or from assigned destinations. · To chauffeur the Director/Superior to and from appointments as directed, ensuring safety and timeliness. · To transport products, documents and staff securely to required locations when needed. · To drive and operate the assigned vehicle in a safe and courteous manner. · To always follow and comply with all road and traffic regulations. · To keep the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and maintenance. · To perform periodic maintenance on vehicles, such as changing batteries and motor oil at appropriate time, and refuel the car(s) as necessary. · Be willing to travel and drive long distance as and when required. · To assist with other tasks as and when required by the Management. Job requirements: · Candidate must possess at least an SPM/STPM or equivalent qualification. · Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia. · Must possess valid B2, D and GDL driving licenses. · Good driving skills with a clean driving record. · Responsible, willing to work overtime and travel outstation when required. · Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role. · Full-time position(s) available.
