About the Job Join our forward-thinking Cloud Presales team as a Cloud Solutions Architect! You will juggle between technical feasibilities with business objectives, creating impactful solutions that drive our clients’ growth and innovation. Reporting directly to the Head of Cloud Business, you are flying solo without a readily available dedicated team or a set delivery process. Don’t worry—you’ll have support and guidance from the Head of Cloud Business as you navigate and grow in this role. Job Responsibilities Play a key role within the business development and pre-sales team to support clients in successfully embracing cloud solutions to address their business needs. Own technical engagement and influence customers to define and execute technical and business strategies on cloud. Develop deep expertise in cloud technologies and know-how around how businesses can thrive by leveraging cloud. Develop and communicate opinions, blueprints, and best practices in cloud adoption. Identify, setup, and manage processes required for the cloud pre-sales and delivery team. Represent the APAC Cloud Business Unit at industry events, conferences, and customers’ engagements to build brand visibility and thought leadership. Communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients Qualifications & Experiences Needed Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Information Technology/Computer Science and other engineering fields (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of hands-on experience in any technical domains (e.g big data, machine learning, software engineering, cloud computing, systems engineering, database, cybersecurity, networking) with a proven track record of building and scaling systems on cloud. 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructure experiences for businesses of various sizes (from SMEs to Enterprises). Experience in one of the major platforms (Hyper-V, VMWare, OpenStack, Azure, GCP, AliCloud). AWS is a plus. Certified AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional is preferred.
