Production Engineer / Executive

• Oversees the plant production operation and ensures that all work instructions and procedures are strictly followed. • To ensure workers are adequately skilled and experienced in following and understanding correct production methods. • To raise purchase requisition for production material requirements and to ensure that materials are properly stored in the factory. • To lead the production team to achieve the company's quality and productivity target. • Continuously improve the production process to meet customers’ requirements. • To lead general worker in 5S implementation. • To implement cost down initiatives. • To ensure the cleanliness of plant and production process are well managed. • To plan production casting schedule based on outstanding order. • Create and daily data entry into production Epicor system. • Liaise with site representative to ensure the production schedule tally with site progress. • Dealing with authority officer • To carry out any other duties as directed by the company management.
