- Responsible to maintain a good rapport between company and customers to strive for sales improvement.
- Responsible by managing customer liaison in relation to enquiries, order processing, complains, site inspection, etc.
- Responsible for up-to-date collection with in the credit terms and limit with our customers.
- Responsible for carry out a periodical review on market price quoted by competitor and to advice the Sales & Marketing Manager on the matter.
- Responsible to ensure monthly statement of account to customers are delivered on time.
- To assist to identify opportunities available and develop new customer.
- To carry out any other functions as and when required by the management of the company.
- Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree in a related field.
- At least 2-5 years of working experience in related field.
- Can speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent in marketing strategy.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
