1. Involved in company's food safety, quality, environment, safety and health management system implementation. 2. Supervise operation in compliance with food safety and quality standards established. (HACCP Plan, PQS, PCR, WI, etc) 3. Ensure proper manpower scheduling to fulfil production planning and receiving/ dispatch/ shipment requirement. 4. Submit daily report to superior together with supporting documents on timely basis. 5. Monitor and motivate subordinate performance and develop their skills and knowledge through on-job-training. 6. Ensure all subordinates' understanding and adherence to company's system, rules and regulations. 7. Highlight any issue arise or near miss/ incident/ accident happen to superior immediately and follow up with related parties for timely solution. 8. Ensure raw materials, sub-materials and final products quality meet requirement and standard established. 9. Ensure raw material, sub-materials and final product mass balance and traceability as well as stock accuracy. 10. Monitor the daily attendance record of subordinates and provide counselling to subordinates if necessary. 11. Monitor utilities consumption and maintenance (e.g compressed air, nitrogen, steam, water, electricity, etc) 12. Ensure all equipment calibrated (if required) and in good condition. 13. Monitor waste control arrangement according to procedure in place. 14. Improve GMP and safety practices at workplace continuously. 15. To undertake any other tasks and jobs assigned by superior from time to time. 16. Control production yield with target to comply with standard yield provided.
