Responsibilities •Manage the social media •Develop strategies for online marketing campaign. •Keep updated with social media trends, research. •Develop and plan ongoing content developments. •Create social media advertisements. •Monitor the metrics and engagements. •Engage with customers (complaints, comments, feedbacks) •Confident and comfortable to talk in front of a camera. •Host and promote products through livestream on social media pages (TikTok, Facebook and Instagram). •Planning and scheduling social media post (weekly planning, posting daily). •Responsible in create contents and updating social media sites. •Analyzing and reporting social media trends. (weekly). •Constantly updated on the latest marketing trends. •Energetic and have bubbly personalities. (easygoing) •Patience. Requirements •Candidates need to pursue at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. •Experience: 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media management or digital marketing. •Experience in creating content for social media platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and websites. •Strong writing and editing skills with the ability error-free content. •Proficient in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Capcut, Adobe Photoshop, Canva). •Strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for detail in content presentation. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, including marketing, design and sales team. - Lokasi : Gombak, Selangor - Benefit : Medical, Komisen, Epf & Socso - Pengangkutan: Sendiri - Warganegara: Malaysia Sahaja
