Boutique Assistant at ELEW'S Design

Job Description: • Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner both in-store and online. • Provide timely and helpful responses to customer inquiries both in-store and through social me-dia platforms. • Host live streaming sales events on social media platforms (Instagram Live, Facebook Live, TikTok, etc.) to showcase products, answer questions, and interact with viewers in real time. • Build and maintain an engaging social media presence to enhance the boutique’s online reputa-tion and attract new customers. • Ensure that all live session sales are documented and that products are properly tracked for ful-filment. • Assist with stock management, including receiving and organizing new shipments of merchan-dise. • Help with inventory checks and stock replenishment to ensure popular items are available for both in-store and online customers. • Ensure the boutique is clean and well-maintained throughout the day, including tidying fitting rooms and keeping the store organized. • Help with opening and closing procedures, including locking up and ensuring all security measures are followed. • Support the boutique team and collaborate with colleagues to create a smooth-running environ-ment.
