Our Global Finance Controllership Team provides support for the business for technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls. This is including process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.

You will support various tax jurisdictions for EMEIA region to manage the calculation, filing, payment and reconciliation of Taxes at Global Finance Organization.
As a Global Tax Centre - Tax Analyst, you will report to Tax Manager and responsible for:
Working with other Tax Analysts within the regional group for SSA region and key stakeholders from controllership and tax functions.
Extracting and analyzing data from various source systems.
Ensuring accurate Tax calculations for periodic Tax and/or Statistical reporting's (VAT, Withholding and etc).
Reconciling all balance sheet tax accounts monthly and any other duties as required and continuously analyzing monetization opportunities for tax assets.
Reviewing and identify any gaps in processes and procedures.
Suggesting improvements mainly from automation and tax digitalization perspective to ensure efficient compliance process.
Supporting tax audits as and when needed and able to work with tight timelines.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Audit or equivalent. ACCA/CPA/ CIMA/ CA will be an added advantage.
Have minimum 2 years Indirect Tax experience for any tax jurisdiction. Corporate tax experience is an added advantage.
Possess good analytical skills with proactive mind-set, with the ability to bring expert advice and problem-solving skills to the team.
Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills, with good spoken and written English.
Be results oriented, self-motivated and have the ability to work in team and solo- remotely.
