About the Role
The position plays a crucial role in supporting business decisions by generating accurate and timely reports. The position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various data sources to produce meaningful insightsRoles and Responsibilities :
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for agency distribution.
- Validate the accuracy and completeness of data in all reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with different teams to understand their reporting needs.
- Maintain and update reporting systems and databases.
- Identify and resolve any data discrepancies.
- Assist in the development of new reporting tools and processes.
- Support data analysis initiatives and provide insights to stakeholder.
- Create and maintain documentation of reporting processes and standard operating procedures.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
- Support agency movement activities or system updates as needed.
- Any other tasks assigned from time to time
Minimum Job Requirements :
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in report generation and data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and various data sources.
