Job Descriptions :

  • Calculate and process regular salaries, overtime, bonuses, increments and any other employee payments accurately and on time.
  • Collect, verify and maintain employee records such as attendance data, salary adjustments and deductions.
  • Arrange statutory payment to respective authorities i.e. EPF, Socso, Tax, EIS, HRDF accurately and within specified deadlines.
  • Utilize payroll software and systems effectively to process payroll and maintain employee records.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance and other departments to ensure accurate employee information and smooth payroll processes. communicate payroll-related changes, updates, and policies to employees and relevant stakeholders as necessary

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Payroll/HR functions or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
  • Good knowledge of HR best practices, payroll system and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, confidential personality; have high level of enthusiasm, sense of urgency and able to work independently.
  • Able to work beyond normal working hours to meet the payroll deadline.
  • Must maintain confidentiality of all HR-related matters.
  • Must possess strong ethics and personal integrity.
  • Own transport required.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay
