Service Desk Analyst (24/7 Rotational Shift)
We are seeking a dedicated Service Desk Analyst to join our team and provide exceptional technical support to users. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical, problem-solving, and customer service skills, ensuring seamless IT operations in a dynamic, shift-based environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -
Technical Support:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Provide support for operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common applications.
- Utilize remote desktop tools for diagnosing and resolving user issues.
Customer Service:
- Communicate effectively with users in English, simplifying technical concepts for non-technical individuals.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive user experience.
Incident and Problem Management:
- Analyze and resolve technical incidents while prioritizing tasks.
- Escalate complex issues as needed and follow ITSM processes.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other IT professionals to resolve user issues.
- Share knowledge and contribute to the success of the IT support team.
Adaptability and Learning:
- Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends.
- Adapt quickly to new concepts and dynamic work environments.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and processes.
- Create and update knowledge base articles for recurring issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:-
- At lest 1 year of experience in technical support or a related role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with helpdesk tools, ITSM processes, and ticketing systems.
- Strong understanding of operating systems, networking concepts, and remote support tools.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience managing multiple user accounts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the flexibility to provide 24/7 support across time zones.
- Due to regulations, this position is open to Malaysian only.
WORKING LOCATION & WORKING HOUR: -
- Eve Suite (Ara Damansara) / might relocate to The Ascent @ Paradigm Mall (Petaling Jaya)
- 24/7 rotational shift (include Weekend and Public Holiday)
