Position Overview:

We’re seeking a talented and self-driven YouTube Manager who is passionate about content strategy and YouTube growth. This role is unique, as you'll work directly with the CEO and COO, gaining insights and autonomy to develop our online casino content channel. Given our lean team, the ideal candidate will not only lead strategy but will also be hands-on with scriptwriting, video editing, thumbnail design, and more.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the content strategy for our YouTube channel, focusing on online casino and iGaming content
  • Lead content creation efforts, including scriptwriting, video editing, and thumbnail design when necessary
  • Optimize content to grow subscribers, increase viewer engagement, and expand channel reach
  • Analyze YouTube metrics and adjust strategy to maximize video performance
  • Collaborate with the CEO and COO to ensure the channel aligns with overall business objectives
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule while adhering to brand and platform guidelines
  • Manage the YouTube SEO process, ensuring videos are optimized for search visibility and trending topics

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing YouTube channels, with a strong track record of growth and audience engagement
  • Hands-on expertise in scriptwriting, video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar), and thumbnail design
  • Deep understanding of YouTube content creation best practices and algorithms
  • Knowledge of the iGaming or online casino industry is a huge plus
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and the ability to take initiative
  • Experience with YouTube SEO, content strategy, and keyword research
  • Previous experience with faceless YouTube channels is a bonus

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
  • Familiarity with screen recording software and video production tools
  • Knowledge of YouTube SEO and optimization techniques
  • Understanding of content management systems and project management tools

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience creating educational or tutorial content
  • Knowledge of online gaming industry trends and platforms
  • Background in content strategy and keyword research
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking content performance
  • Flexibility to manage multiple roles in a small, agile team
