  • Responsible to monitor and verify the food safety management system (FSMS) is executed according to procedure to ensure food produced are compliance to its specification and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor & maintain FSMS (Procedure, HACCP manual, Food safety manual etc) following actual practice.
  • Ensure required parameter test (physical, chemical, microbiological) for incoming materials and finished goods in QC laboratory is within specification and involved in quality troubleshooting if there is any quality issue occur.
  • Ensure incoming material, finished goods (including labelling) are complied with food safety standard and Food Act & Regulations (Local & Export countries).
  • Ensure pest control management system is in place (internal & external) and assign internal PCO to communicate regularly with external PCO for any outbreak situation.
  • Ensure calibration test of equipment is in place (internal & external).
  • Verify and approved the new procedure/parameter/specification (which related to food safety concern) before commercialization.
  • Ensure verification program (internal audit, external lab test, mock recall etc) carried out according to its required frequency.
  • Overview supplier performance (raw material & packaging material) from quality aspect.
  • Plan & lead all regulatory audit, customer audit, supplier audit and internal audit.
  • Handle customer complaint.
  • Prepare, control and analyze expenses vs yearly budget which is related to QAQC department.
  • Plan & conduct yearly FS management review.
  • Plan & execute job rotation in department.
  • Plan & execute Departmental Strategy yearly (conjunction with company direction) .
  • Conduct TNA and plan yearly training for subordinates.
  • At least possess Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Food Tech/Food Science/Food Processing/Microbiological/Chemistry or any equivalent
  • Min 7 years working experience in food industry WITH minimum 1 year experience as the Manager position.
  • have HACCP certificate OR knowledge (proof).
