  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Kagayaku Logistics Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated Customer Service Cum Sales Executive who have experience in Logistics and Shipping to join our dynamic team!

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries and preparing quotation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify sales opportunities and promote our logistics services to existing and potential customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and drive company growth.
  • Manage order processing, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that arise.

What You Bring:

  • At least 3 years of customer service experience in the logistics and shipping industry
  • A degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
