JOB SCOPES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generating and issuing invoices, debit note and credit note to customers.
  • Handling and monitoring of Account Receivables.
  • Monitoring debtor aging report.
  • Performing monthly AR accounts closing.
  • Reconciliations of bank statements & vendor statements.
  • Year end accounting adjustment for tax and audit purposes.
  • SST report and submission.
  • Answering customers on AR related queries.
  • Maintaining good filing system for departmental documents, correspondences and accounting records.
  • Assist in the job as assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary (SPM) / STPM / Diploma / Degree / Professional Certificate
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Computer literal, good knowledge of computerised accounting system and Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
  • Self motivated, attention to details, good team player, having able to work with minimum supervision.
