Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain procurement files, both electronic and paper records.
- Ensure proper filing of purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and vendor communications.
- Assist with data entry and updating procurement databases.
- Support in tracking inventory and procurement-related documentation.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and other procurement-related tasks.
- Maintain an efficient filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
- Collaborate with procurement team to ensure smooth operation of the department.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in filing and record-keeping.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From RM10.00 per hour
