Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain procurement files, both electronic and paper records.
  • Ensure proper filing of purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and vendor communications.
  • Assist with data entry and updating procurement databases.
  • Support in tracking inventory and procurement-related documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and other procurement-related tasks.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Collaborate with procurement team to ensure smooth operation of the department.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in filing and record-keeping.
  • Basic understanding of procurement processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From RM10.00 per hour
