Assistant Store Manager @ Watsons IPC Shopping Centre
To maintain a professional standard of customer care in promoting company products & managing an effective team.
Requirements:
- Minimum STPM with retail manager experience OR Diploma/ Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in retail / F&B industry.
- Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result-oriented.
- Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
- Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
Responsibilities
- Achievement of sales target set.
- Instill a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
- Work hand in hand with the Area Manager in the employment of high caliber sales staff and the maintenance of adequate staffing levels.
- Implementation of an efficient in-store training program.
- Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
- Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.
