- Preparing weekly work schedules for staff to ensure sufficient manpower.
- Keeps up to date standard recipe file for all food and beverage items.
- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses.
- Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and customer service.
- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost café reputation.
- Minimum education: Diploma and above
- Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Skills Required: Staff Management
- Proven management experience in the hospitality industry.
- Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
