- Greet visitors, handle inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Answer incoming calls, redirect calls as needed, and manage messages
- Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and well-organized
Administrative Tasks and Support:
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks such as document preparation and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Manage and order office supplies, stationery, and pantry items and restock the inventories in advance
- Maintain records and filing systems
- Any other tasks as assigned by immediate superior or management

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
