  • Greet visitors, handle inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personnel
  • Answer incoming calls, redirect calls as needed, and manage messages
  • Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and well-organized

Administrative Tasks and Support:

  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks such as document preparation and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
  • Manage and order office supplies, stationery, and pantry items and restock the inventories in advance
  • Maintain records and filing systems
  • Any other tasks as assigned by immediate superior or management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
