Job Description
Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Resource & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project performance using appropriate metrics and tools.
- Identify and mitigate risks, escalating critical issues to management as needed.
Team Management
- Delegate tasks based on team members’ strengths and skills.
- Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and comprehensive.
- Conduct post-project reviews and ensure continuous improvement in project delivery.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of proven project management experience, particularly in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- PMP/PRINCE II certification (preferred).
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing teams and large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with project management software tools and best practices.
- Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, networking, and systems integration.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
