Job Responsibilities
- To support Sales & Business Development team across OPS SG group
- To help in WebSQ administrative work (approve SQ, raise SQ & fill up urgent RGF under instruction & on behalf of Sales/BD when Sales/BD are on the move without immediate access to laptops
- To liaise with Nihon team on internal administrative work (checking colour chips preparation, colour reading submission, follow up on production status, customer complaints etc)
- To help monitor & advise Sales/BD on stocks levels & costs
Job Requirements
- Entry level Certificate/Diplome/STPM/Fresh graduates
- Candidates must have good basic computing skill, good common sense & attention to details for administrative work but not keen on outdoor sales
- Competency similar to Customer Service position
