Job Responsibilities

  • To support Sales & Business Development team across OPS SG group
  • To help in WebSQ administrative work (approve SQ, raise SQ & fill up urgent RGF under instruction & on behalf of Sales/BD when Sales/BD are on the move without immediate access to laptops
  • To liaise with Nihon team on internal administrative work (checking colour chips preparation, colour reading submission, follow up on production status, customer complaints etc)
  • To help monitor & advise Sales/BD on stocks levels & costs

Job Requirements

  • Entry level Certificate/Diplome/STPM/Fresh graduates
  • Candidates must have good basic computing skill, good common sense & attention to details for administrative work but not keen on outdoor sales
  • Competency similar to Customer Service position

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
