Job Description (JD):
1. Patient Care and Treatment:
- Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and provide accurate diagnoses.
- Perform a full range of dental treatments, including but not limited to:
- Restorative treatments: fillings, crowns, and bridges.
- Endodontic treatments: root canal therapy.
- Periodontal treatments: scaling, root planing, and gum care.
- Extractions: simple and surgical extractions.
- Prosthodontics: dentures and partial dentures.
- Cosmetic dentistry: teeth whitening and veneers.
- Orthodontics: braces consultation and follow-ups.
- Provide emergency dental care, such as treating dental trauma or acute pain.
2. Preventive Dental Services:
- Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive care.
- Conduct regular check-ups and provide fluoride treatments or sealants when necessary.
3. Case Management:
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients based on their dental needs.
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Refer patients to specialists for advanced procedures (e.g., oral surgery, complex orthodontics) when required.
4. Customer Service:
- Build strong relationships with patients to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
5. Professional Development:
- Stay updated on the latest techniques, tools, and advancements in dentistry.
- Attend training, workshops, and seminars to enhance skills and expertise.
Job Jurisdiction:
1. Clinical Responsibilities:
- Full authority to diagnose and manage dental conditions within the scope of general dentistry.
- Authority to prescribe medications, issue referrals, and determine appropriate treatment for patients.
2. Treatment Planning and Execution:
- Make independent decisions on treatment plans for patients.
- Ensure all treatments adhere to local health regulations and professional dental practice standards.
3. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth delivery of care.
- Provide guidance to support staff to maintain a high standard of clinical service.
4. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure all procedures meet clinic protocols and comply with dental regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and uphold patient safety.
REQUIREMENT :
1) Doktor with APC legal
2) Minimum 1 year of experience
3) Willing to learn and have a great attitude.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
