  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder in mechanical/petroleum/ electrical or any other relevant engineering field
  • 7 years of overall experience in oil and gas industry
  • 5 years coring experience in vertical or deviated wells
  • Diploma holder in mechanical/petroleum/electrical or any other relevant engineering/science field
  • 12 years of overat! experience in oil and gas industry
  • 8 years coring experience in vertical or de vialed wells

Responsibilities:

Compliance:

  • Contract Administration: Maintaining a current copy of the documents and ensuring complies with all requirements.
  • Operating Procedures: Ensuring all aspects related to coring in vertical and/or deviated wells are performed in accordance with the relevant company operating procedures (Standard Operations Manual, Well Drilling Procedures).
  • Contract Services Execution: Ensuring all service aspects stipulated in the contract are upheld. This will include monitoring and tracking of services performance, generating End of Well Report, and completing onshore failure reports within the given period.
  • Training / Competency: Ensuring all personnel meet their own in-house training and competency requirements.

Planning & Implementation:

  • Keeping abreast of company schedules and operations.

Interfacing:

  • Be the primary liaison contact for all out and use of services as well as resolving any outstanding issues.
  • Be the liaison to company on all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) issues.
  • Maintaining smooth communications interface with company and other third party also contractor representative at work site to ensure timely progress and performance of the requirements of the contract.
  • Maintaining good communication with contractor experts for problem resolutions.
  • Be on call as directed by company during coring operations.
  • Ensure timely preparation of invoicing complete with signed supporting documentation.

Monitoring:

  • Monitoring coring operations progress and service performance and provide support and advice to Lead Coring Engineers, Coring Engineer, Preservation Specialist and Preservation Technician to ensure safe and successful operations.

Quality Management :

  • Quality Management System (QMS): Developing and implementing a satisfactory local QMS as required by the Quality Specification. This shall include developing and implementing the Standard Operating Procedures required for the QMS.
  • Quality Plan: Developing and implementing quality plan as required
  • Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC): Ensuring all QA/QC control measures and procedures are implemented and auditable. This shall include equipment maintenance, inspection, failure investigation, and tracking.

Pre-Job Preparation:

  • Coordinating, supervising and performing Pre-Job Preparation, Maintenance and Inspection exercises as required by the Quality Specification.

Certification for Lifting Equipment:

  • Ensuring all equipments, containers and slings shipped to the field have the proper certification and fully comply with the regulatory agency requirements.

Non Conformance System:

  • Maintaining non conformance system including handling non conformance reports (including equipment failures and sending weekly failure / incident logs)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
