  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Customer Service Officer(Junior)

Location: Shah Alam

Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9.00am - 6.00pm)

Alternate Sat (9.00am-1.00pm)

Salary from RM 2300 to RM 2500

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED(PREFER FRESH GRADUATE) Training will be provided

Requirements:-

*Minimum Diploma or Degree - preferably in Maritime / Logistics

*Experience and knowledge in documentation (shipping agency / line) would be an added advantage

*Good command of English – both written and spoken

*Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires dealing with *Mandarin speaking clients

*Meticulous and systematic in process of carrying out task(s)

*Ability to work under pressure and independently

*Interest in International Business and related field

*Computer skills – experienced with MS office

*Motivated and enthusiastic team player – willingness to help out wherever possible and motivate others.

Job scope:-

*Attending to customers' enquiries

*Booking summary

*Work out feeder connection where applicable

*To monitor booking regularly with customers to ensure its accuracy

*To monitor cargo presentation

*Regular communication with operations, logistics and documentation personnel to ensure all shipment smooth sailing.

*Regular communication with Principal office – *Trade / Ops / Planner – for space / booking / waitlist confirmation etc.

*Provides sales supports to sales team members.
