  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily Fulfillment of orders from various eCommerce platforms.
  • Upkeeping of all eCommerce platforms including companies eCommerce websites, and marketplaces.
  • Attend to customers enquires and services.
  • Coordination with marketing team and supplies chain on promotional activities and inventories.
  • Ensure smooth flow of eCommerce processes and prompt deliveries to customers with high efficiency and accuracy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in fulfillment or eCommerce business operations.
  • Good interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, communication skills, and negotiation skills.
  • Good attitudes and taking responsibilities with full accountability.
  • Well-groomed with pleasant personality and positive attitude.
  • Operational experience with both internal and external 3Ps; order management (including fraud), distribution, fulfillment, and customer service.
  • Strong Interpersonal, cross-functional and vendor relationship management expertise
  • Highly resourceful, flexible and creative in solving problems as well as strong sense of urgency to prioritize tasks and delivery on time.
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office (Excel) skills preferred.

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

RM2,500 – RM3,500 + Employee Benefits (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)

WORKING HOUR:

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
