SITE SUPERVISOR C&S

Key Responsibilities:

Safety Compliance:Enforce and implement safety policies, procedures, and regulations as per local, state, and federal guidelines.
Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
Ensure that all personnel, including contractors and subcontractors, comply with safety standards.

Training and Awareness:Provide safety orientation and training for all workers on-site.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and other educational sessions to enhance safety awareness.
Keep abreast of industry best practices and incorporate them into the safety program.

Incident Management:Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near misses promptly.
Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Maintain accurate records of all safety-related incidents.

Emergency Response:Develop and communicate emergency response plans.
Conduct drills to ensure workers are familiar with emergency procedures.
Coordinate with emergency services as needed.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):Monitor and enforce the use of appropriate PPE.
Ensure that PPE is in good condition and meets safety standards.

Communication:Foster a culture of safety through effective communication.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address safety concerns.
Provide regular safety updates to management.

Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety documentation.
Prepare and submit safety reports to regulatory agencies as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a safety supervisor in a construction environment.
• In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety).
• First Aid/CPR certification is preferred.

Education:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
