- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service while assisting with the product
- Take and process customer orders accurately, operating the point-of-sale (POS) system as needed.
- Scoop and serve ice cream, sundaes, milkshakes, and other menu items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including seasonal and specialty items, and answer customer questions about flavors, ingredients, and promotions.
- Restock inventory, monitor supplies, and communicate any needs to management to support efficient operations.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation by cleaning equipment, work surfaces, and the store environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
- Provide feedback to management about customer interactions, operational challenges, or improvement opportunities.
- Minimum qualification SPM
- Able to converse in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Preferably with Sales Experience (1-2 years working experience)
- Fresh grads also are welcome to apply
- Trustworthy, patient and friendly attitude towards customers and employer
- Must be willing to work during retail hours (e.g. Public holidays/weekends)
- Must be computer literate and basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel
