Job Description:

Client Servicing

Follow-up with the client on feedback and approval to ensure everything is produced and delivered on time.
Respond urgently to client's enquiries, ad-hoc tasks, amendments, feedbacks and dilemmas.
Implement new strategy and ideas whenever suitable.

Business Model Research

Research about the client’s business background on Google and social media
Understand the business model of the client’s company
Build sitemaps and documents to have a clear understanding of the client’s business
Research competitor websites to identify differences and advantages
Document all the research and findings

Business Requirement Analysis

Meet with clients to collect their business requirements, including stakeholders' and users' goals
Analyze all the business requirements provided by users and stakeholders
Understand the client’s true problem and scope the client’s business case
Determine project objectives and requirements together with the client

Reporting

Documentation and Proposal Preparation

Prepare quality business requirement documentation for the company and development team after gathering requirements from clients
Identify areas for improvement in clients’ businesses, leading ongoing reviews of business processes and proposed optimization solutions to client
Research the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
Prioritize initiatives based on client needs and requirements
Manage and allocate resources, prioritizing to support the cost efficiency of the project
Conduct meetings and presentations with team members about client requirements
Conduct meetings and presentations with the client
Understanding client’s requirement and proactively meeting those needs

Project Analysis

Document and communicate the results of efforts to the client and development team
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users on project requirements
Communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
Work closely with the internal team and stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet the client’s requirements
Monitor deliverables and ensure timely project completion, as prescribed by the Project Manager
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) upon completion of the project
Check outsourcing team’s Software Requirement Document/Technical Document
Manage changes by updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures when the outsourcing team makes changes to websites or applications

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate / Diploma / Professional Degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent.
Possess Certification of Competency in Business Analysis is a value added.
Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience of relevant experience in modern technology and customer facing digital channels industry.

Preferred Skills and Requirements

Experience with Business Analysts for both website and mobile application.
Exposure in both website and mobile application behaviors and user experience is desirable.
Good planning, problem management and organization skills are essentials.
Knowledge of writing user stories at this discovery phase is a must.
Knowledge of Agile or Scrum would be a plus point.
Client servicing skills.
