About the Role:

Reporting to the Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager, this role will work alongside our Acquisition, CS, Back Office, and Product teams, as well as international Sales and CS teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within with the Lifecycle team to assist in the delivery of the TMGM lifecycle strategy for our global audience.
  • Effectively manage lifecycle/CRM campaigns end-to-end using below-the-line channels including email, website, platform and push notifications.
  • Develop advanced client journeys within the Salesforce/Hubspot marketing system using sophisticated segmentation, multiple communications, event triggers and reporting.
  • Support the broader Marketing team, as well as other key business units such as Business Operations, Compliance & Legal teams, in executing streamlined customer-centric product, operational and legal communications.
  • Identify opportunities to segment clients and deliver highly personalised communications to the right person, at the right time with customer-centric best practices and data-driven insights.
  • Conduct regular campaign A/B and control group testing to optimise campaign performance.
  • Report on the performance of campaigns to key internal stakeholders and suggest improvements.
  • Provide insights-led reporting and recommendations to optimise lifecycle/CRM campaigns.
  • Educate the wider marketing team and organisation on best practices and the benefits of lifecycle-led strategies.

General Responsibilities:

  • Support the Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager with strategic lifecycle and content planning.
  • Maintain personal/professional development to meet the changing demands of the role.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across ANZ.
  • Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role.
  • Complete all mandatory compliance training

Requirements

  • Approx. 2 years in a similar CRM/Lifecycle/Direct marketing role.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business IT or a related field of study.
  • Previous experience using marketing systems e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SalesForce or a close automation system equivalent as an advanced user.
  • Some experiencing implementing dynamic content scripting e.g. AMPscript, Liquid.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to communicate throughout all levels of an organisation both technical and non-technical.
