  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Exciting Opportunity Alert!

We’re looking for a Business Application Analyst to join our client’s team in Mid Valley, offering up to RM8K salary!

What you’ll do:

1. Conduct Requirements Studies for customers to determine their requirements and needs;

2. Confirm the completeness and consistency of application results. Resolve any inconsistencies discovered;

3. Work closely with the Project manager on defining deliverables and timelines;

4. Support clients on all system-related and user issues related to the use of the application; Liaise between user and technical team until the issues are resolved;

5. Generate test plans together with test engineers, and the Product Management, which determines all functional requirements have been met;

6. Conduct User Acceptance Testing and Training;

7. Maintain good customer relations;

8. Support sales with pre-sales activities such as presentation of solutions, conducting Pilot Run (trial runs), proposing and responding to RFPs; and

9. Any other tasks within your skills set and capabilities that your superior may assign you from time to time.

Requirements

Basic Degree in Business Administration/Management/Accounts/Computer Science

Minimum 5 years of experience required.
